For too long, faith and mental health have been at odds with each other, with mental illness being regarded as spiritual failing and with spirituality being viewed as unscientific. However, faith and mental health are quite complementary and crucial components of our whole health. Join us as we discuss the significance of faith to our mental health, as well as explore mental health topics from a Christian perspective.
