Join us in celebrating Mental Health Week 2024This years Mental Health Week theme is 'Appreciate the little things'.
We are creating you a space for you to explore those things that bring you joy. You will be able to create, read, relax and of course, enjoy something to eat and drink.
Our aim is for you to go home with memories that will leave you feeling inspired, accepted and motivated.
We invite you to display your artwork in our exhibition on the day which emphasises life's small joys.
