Become a more confident and prepared helper in your community. This 3 hour QPR workshop provides a clear introduction to mental health concerns and teaches practical steps anyone can use to recognize the warning signs of suicide and connect someone with support.
This session is ideal for community members, educators, caregivers, and anyone who wants to make a difference.
