�In 2022: 12.8 million adults seriously considered suicide, and 1.5 million attempted suicide.
�In 2023: suicide was the cause of over 720,000 deaths annually
�Suicide is the SECOND leading cause of death for individuals aged 10-14 and 25-34.
�The rate of Veterans who continue to struggle with mental health and thoughts of suicide continue to raise each year at an alarming pace.
If you, or someone you know is struggling there are options for you and there are people who care. You are NOT a burden and your problems are NEVER too big to share with someone. Help comes in many forms both nationally and locally:

�Locally, there are many options for therapy in our area and surrounding towns. Specifically, ConnectUs Therapy can help, or point you in the right direction. They have small groups, individual/private/confidential sessions and more.
�100% of the proceeds from this Bike Run will go to Connect Us Therapy and the work they continue to do with Vererans, Youth, and our community.
