Mental Health Policy Social Hour (with Representative Rob Nosse)

Come join us at Brightside Coworking for a casual evening discussing mental health policy with special guest Representative Rob Nosse.

Rep Rob Nosse is Chairman of the Oregon House Health Care Committee and Co-Majority Whip. He will discuss relevant legislative issues and answer questions about legislative priorities and policy in the 2025 Oregon Legislative session.Rob Nosse is Representative in the Oregon House serving District 42, which includes parts of southeast and northeast Portland, since 2014.

Nosse has recently served on the Ways and Means Committee, where he is the Sub-Committee Co-Chair for Human Services, and he also serves as Vice Chair of the House Behavioral Health Care Committee. With those two roles Representative Nosse was able to steer over one billion dollars in federal and state marijuana revenues into a series of behavioral health bills and budgets, one of the largest investments in behavioral and mental health in decades during the 2021 and 2022 sessions.
