About this Event

Mental Health Mommy and Me

Join us for a special event designed for moms to connect, share experiences, and prioritize their mental health. This in-person gathering offers a safe space to discuss the challenges of motherhood and mental wellness. Let's come together to support each other and learn self-care tips while having fun, without the care of every child care need for a few hours.

Kid activities are versatile and will be geared towards understanding and expressing emotions; we welcome infants through 17 years of age to attend.

Open to all moms looking to build a community and focus on their well-being. Children will be cared for by licensed Child Care provider on site, away from the mom area. See you there!
