Mental Health Matters presents: "And Still WE Rise!"

Mental Health Matters continues in its fourth year of community based work to break stigmas attached to mental well-being and confront disparities that continue to affect mental health. We will offer connection to practical stress-relieving measures and community resources. As a coalition of local non-profits, Mental Health Matters is commited to centering the voices and experiences of all, including our youth. This session will again feature a youth forum by and for youth. We also will have breakout sessions addressing maternal depression, grief, trauma, and recover, and normalizing discussions of mental well-being among marginlized communities.
