If you haven't completed a Mental Health First Aid course then Ali will be delivering a one day course at Nairn CAB on Saturday 8th February 2025. Expect a Blue Space focus!
This is a Level 5 SQA accredited course and, in addition, credits 10 CPD points for Paddle Scotland members. Paddle Scotland have also subsidised this course and, with the additional support of Nairn CAB, the cost is only £65 pp.
