Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is an internationally recognised training programme that equips you with the skills, confidence and knowledge to support people experiencing poor mental health. Over two interactive days, you'll learn how to recognise the signs of poor mental health, start supportive conversations and guide individuals towards appropriate help.
