Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is an internationally recognised training programme that equips you with the skills, confidence and knowledge to support people experiencing poor mental health. Over two interactive days, you'll learn how to recognise the signs of poor mental health, start supportive conversations and guide individuals towards appropriate help.

The course is ideal for anyone who wants to make a meaningful difference in the workplace or wider community.

The course is delivered through engaging presentations, group discussions, quizzes, videos, case studies and practical conversation practice. By the end of the training, you will be able to:

• Recognise the signs of poor mental health
• Approach and support someone who may be struggling
• Provide help in a crisis situation and prevent escalation where possible
• Use practical tools to start confident, supportive conversations
• Guide individuals towards appropriate support, including self-help strategies, professional services and community resources
