This course is grounded in Indigenous knowledge and wellness teachings, designed for First Nations people and those who work with First Nations communities.
⚠️not a cultural sensitivity training, please come with an understanding of realities and/or an open mind.
Over three days, we’ll explore mental health through a culturally safe, trauma-informed lens.
You’ll learn:
🌱 How to respond to someone in crisis
🌱 How to recognize mood, anxiety, trauma, and substance-related disorders
🌱 How to support with empathy and build wellness together in community
