Mental Health First Aid - Adult - TEXAS RESIDENTS

Mental Health First Aid is a skills-based training that teaches participants how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges. Similar to CPR, MHFA prepares you to offer initial help until professional support is available.

We offer two evidence-based curriculums:

• Adult MHFA – Focused on helping adults experiencing mental health challenges or crises.
• Youth MHFA – Designed for adults who work with or care for young people, equipping them to support youth ages 12–18.

Trainings are available in two formats:

• In-Person – A full-day, interactive classroom experience.
• Blended – Self-paced online learning followed by a live, instructor-led session (in-person or virtual).
