This comprehensive two-hour workshop will improve your skills and confidence to manage complex mental health issues in your workplace.

We will examine mental health from a range of different perspectives, leaving you with a clear understanding of your obligations under safety, discrimination, employee relations and privacy laws. You will learn how to both support and manage employees with mental health conditions, as well as how to create and maintain a mentally healthy workplace that is safe and productive.

This workshop is suited to people managers, senior leaders, HR, communication and safety professionals.
