When: Monday, October 27, 2025 from 10am – 4pmThe Community Helpers Program (CHP) is part of Alberta’s suicide prevention strategy in offering mental health awareness and suicide prevention training: equipping participants with essential skills for life. If you find yourself supporting others in your life while navigating your own challenges, CHP is a valuable opportunity for you to gain information and tools to do so in a healthier way. Modules include suicide awareness, the helping skill and boundaries among others.
Where: The Outreach Centre Boardroom in Red Deer
What: Lunch, coffee, snacks & 9 modules of a Provincial Alberta Health Services program
