Sara Riel's Annual Mental Health & Wellness Expo brings the community together for a free, welcoming day focused on mental health, addictions recovery, and wellness. Visitors can connect with local service providers, explore resources and supports, and learn more about the programs available right here in Winnipeg. It's an opportunity to reduce stigma, build awareness, and celebrate the strength of our community - all in a relaxed, accessible setting open to everyone.
