Fauna Transplant Support Presents:Mental Health After Transplant: Tools for Resilience
The transplant journey doesn’t end after surgery. While we celebrate the gift of life, we also navigate the emotional realities that follow - recovery, gratitude, identity shifts, and the weight of it all.
Join us for a powerful and honest conversation about mental health after transplant. This meeting will focus on building resilience and caring for the emotional side of the journey.
We are honored to welcome Rachel Krug, LISW, Kidney Transplant and Living Donation Social Worker at Iowa Methodist Transplant.
Rachel shares:
“I have been a licensed medical social worker since 2017 and working with folks with kidney disease since 2019 prior to joining Iowa Methodist Transplant as their social worker in July 2023.”
This gathering is open to recipients, living donors, donor families, and those waiting. As always, Fauna is a safe space rooted in faith, gratitude, and hope.
You are not alone. 💚
