This December we are joining forces with Sheffield Mind and Rotherham/Barnsley Mind and holding our first annual Mental Elf 5k fun run at Rother Valley Country Park! You can walk, run, skip or jump your way round and as it is the festive season, fancy dress is welcomed!!!
