Join us for the family fun run at Trentham Gardens on Sunday, December 1st. Whether you prefer to walk or run, you can take part in our beautifully scenic 5km route to support better mental wellbeing in Staffordshire. This event is inclusive and perfect for all ages and abilities, kids under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Not only will you have a blast, but you'll also be raising awareness and funds for North Staffs Mind, a vital mental health charity in our area.
Let's come together to show our support, make a real impact, and help bring about positive change for mental health in Staffordshire. Lace up your shoes, bring your family, and let's make a difference!
Last year, North Staffs Mind supported over 12,000 children, young people, and adults throughout Staffordshire. From support groups to The Maccas Project, Speak Up Space, adult housing support, outreach in schools, mental health training, and instant messaging service, North Staffs Mind are making a real difference in the lives of so many people.
In the 2023 Mental Elf Fun Run, over 360 people came, all dressed up and ready to run! So join us for an even bigger and better event this year!
So sign up, dress up, get festive and enjoy this opportunity to be part of our campaign to raise awareness for better mental wellbeing in Staffordshire. Prizes for the best dressed elves as well!
