Join Dr. April, PT, DPT, to learn about menstrual health. This class is a combined class for moms and preteen/teen daughters as well as adults up to 35 years old. The class will end at 7:30 for teens/moms and the last 30 minutes will be focused more on fertility and conception. Learn to track cycles, what is normal and not, and more natural ways to treat period issues besides birth control.
