CELEBRATING OUR SEASONS: SPRING - Awakening Your Creative Power
Join Divine Drops for the second workshop in our quarterly series celebrating the seasons of your menstrual cycle! This spring gathering at Atvara Yoga Studio explores the follicular phase—your body's natural time of renewal, creativity, and new beginnings.
Spring Focus: Follicular Phase - Just as spring brings new growth and fresh energy to the earth, we'll explore the follicular phase as your body's time of awakening, possibility, and creative power.
What to Expect:
In this 2-hour transformative experience, you'll discover how to harness the rising energy of your follicular phase. We'll open with a ceremonial cacao ceremony to ground us in connection and intention. Through the four pillars of our workshop—Mind, Body, Spirit, and Womb—you'll learn to work WITH your cycle's natural rhythms.
The Four Components:
- Mind - Guided meditation to awaken creativity and possibility
- Body - Energizing movement practice (wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing)
- Spirit - Community connection and spiritual activities
- Womb - Deep dive into the spring season phase: the follicular phase
This Workshop Offers:
- Feminine Connection - Join a supportive community of women in a safe, judgment-free space

About Divine Drops:
Divine Drops is a women's health nonprofit dedicated to ending period poverty and breaking the stigma around menstruation. Founded by registered nurse Mikaela Ingram, Divine Drops provides sustainable menstrual products, holistic education, and community support to women worldwide. Having helped over 11,000 people gain period dignity, Divine Drops is leading a transformative movement that embraces education, empowerment, and menstrual equity.
