About this Event
We've been gaslit to believe that common symptoms are normal. That the only options we've had were something to take or take out. There's so much more to women's health that hasn't been researched, talked about or explored, until the last 10 years or so. Indigenous and ancient traditions have been teaching for centuries what science is just now grasping and we're talking about all of it in this workshop. Come ready to lean how your menstrual cycle can empower you and how menopause can be one of the most liberating experiences of your life - all with the right tools and knowledge. And no, it doesn't involve HRT or peptides - just nature and you. You may walk in with questions & skepticism, but you'll walk out with answers and options.
Free booklet provided to all those who attend and RSVP through eventbrite!
