Menstrual & Fertility Health Workshop

Fertility Goals, LLC is a fertility consulting company founded by Dr. Morine Cebert, PhD, FNP-C. Dr. Cebert is a globally recognized nurse scholar, author, speaker, and fertility expert whose work focuses on increasing education and awareness on reproductive health. Seeing the lack of understanding that most women have of their menstrual cycle and preconception health, she aims to develop programming to help reduce unexpected challenges of infertility, reduce maternal mortality/morbidity, and lead women to feel more confident during their medical appointments.

• Increased awareness and understanding of menstrual cycle and normal patterns
• Knowledge of common menstrual health conditions (e.g., PCOS, endometriosis) and their implications for fertility.
• Be able to discuss how to recognize signs of hormonal imbalances or potential fertility issues.
• Highlight the importance of routine health checks and understanding fertility assessments
• Ideal event for women ages 25 to 40 years old
