Hello guys from Diss and surrounding areas. I'm in Diss every Wednesday morning in the council offices between 10 and 12.
Menscraft is a charity that aids not helps with mens mental health.
This could be directed to wives who thinks their husbands could do with getting out of the house.
I know that's most of you ladies. But we are here to let men lower their Armour and talk freely
As a group in whole we do fishing and canoeing in the summer. And we can organise most things if it's brought to us.
We are here for you.
There is now 15 pit stops in norfolk
It's more like a youth club for older people.
Come and join us even if its just to say hello.
I'm back in Diss on Wednesday 07/01/2026 at 10am.
