Robin will be introducing some Qigong in with the yoga practice. It will be taught at a beginner level, as well as for those with some experience. Join us and discover what this is all about.1. The YOCO studio is scent free for the health and comfort of those with allergies.
2. Please remove shoes upon entering the studio and silence phones during class.
3. Props are available; students are asked to clean props after each use.
4. Bring your own props if possible.
