Yoga isn’t just for women, it’s a game-changer for men needing stress relief, strength, flexibility and connection. Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned, this small group class is for you!
Free Taster Session:

Expect gentle hatha flow, restorative stretches, and a warm welcome.
6-Week Block:
Starts Sept 9, 2025
£51 for 6 classes, every Tuesday 6:30–7:30 Pm (receive a recording if you miss a session)
