Description:This is a male singles tournament consisting of the pyramid players & it is open to all non pyramid players.
-single elimination seeded bracket
-registration fee: $50
-current prize amounts are based on 16 registrations
-first through fourth payouts: $800/$400/$200/$200
-prizes are subject to increase based on donations
The way the pyramid operates:
There are only 10 positions on the pyramid.
If a pyramid player of lower position beats a player of higher position, they swap positions.
If any of the pyramid players loose to a (non pyramid) player during the tournament, the loosing player will drop down in position by one number, along with all players under that position, causing #10 to fall off pyramid.
After each round, all the loses will be accessed, & pyramid will be updated.
After final round, we will have the new pyramid ranking for this season.
