Men's Time Wellbeing WeekendWe will be holding our 4th Wellbeing Weekend in November
📅 Friday 21st November to Sunday 23rd November
📍 Thorpe Woodlands Centre, Thetford.
🕜 Arrival from 5pm, Departure 2pm
The weekend is an opportunity to get away, relax, de-stress and take part in activities including a music evening then Friday evening a Camp Fire on the Saturday evening and a Wellbeing session on the Sunday morning.
The weekend is also a safe space, non judgemental environment and will focus on resilience, trust, fun, communication & confidence
The Weekend including accommodation, activities and all meals are funded by the Foundation.
