Reminder to all Spectators and Athletes there will be no on site parking available. But plenty of parking in the surrounding streets. Please be considerate of our neighbours when parking.

Event 1
Axle/Log Press for Reps. As many reps as possible in 60 seconds back and forth between log and axle.Axle/Log must be cleaned and pressed overhead for a good rep. All kit allowed including Grip Tops. Can start on either implement.
Beginners 65kg on both
Novice 85kg on both
Inters 105kg
Event 2
Standard Deadlift for Reps.
Bar must be lifted from floor to lockout and returned to floor for Good Rep. No Bouncing. No Suits, No Sumo and no Baby Oil. All straps allowed. We will be using a power bar. No suits.
Beginners 160kg
Novice 200kg
Inters 240kg
Event 3 Throwing Bags over 4m Frame
Beginner 10-12-14-16-18
Novice 12-14-16-18-20

Event 4 Farmers 10m+10m+10m
60 second time limit.
Beginners 85kg

Sandbag to Shoulder Medley
60 second time limit. 1 rep on each bag. Split times for each bag if medley isn't finished.
Beginners 60kg/70kg/80kg/90kg
Novice 80kg/90kg/100kg/110kg
Inters 100kg/110kg/120kg130kg
All Athletes will receive a Competition T-shirt during registration and a Medal and Certificate awarded to every participation during Presentation with Trophies to the Podium Finishes of each Class.
