Men's Moon Circle — $25

Please join us for a once-monthly moon circle dedicated to fostering community and tending to your well-being.

At this Men's Moon Circle, we will explore our relationships with self, others, and life through the lens of solar (masculine) and lunar (feminine) energy. Together, we'll find our unique balance of these energies and practice moving about the world in new ways. We may talk philosophy, meditate, or experiment with other exercises. You can expect an easeful, flexible environment crafted for your reflection and expression.

This space means to support you as you navigate daily life, difficult situations, or anything else you may be experiencing.

We know that safe containers are important for everyone. We invite you to come as you are and with whatever is present.

Items to bring:

• Yoga mat, and/or blankets for ensuring your comfort on the floor

• Journal and a pen/pencil

• Cup for hot tea or water bottle

• Optional item(s) you'd like to place on our communal altar
