Men’s Yoga with Chris – Stretch, Relax & Recharge
Join Chris for a men’s-only yoga class designed to help you unwind and reset. This session includes simple yet effective yoga stretches, followed by guided relaxation and meditation. With Chris’ down-to-earth approach, men of all backgrounds are welcome—whether you’re a complete beginner or have some experience. Give it a go—your body and mind will thank you!
📅 When? The 4th Sunday of each month, 9:00-10:00 AM.
