About this Event
Men's Monthly Breathwork
Join us in person for the Men's Monthly Breathwork session! Join us in person for the Men’s Monthly Breathwork session, a grounded supportive space to step out of the noise, connect with your breath, and reset.
This monthly session is designed to support nervous system regulation, release physical and mental tension, and create space to slow down and reconnect with yourself.
The space is relaxed and non judgemental, with no expectation to talk or share, just time to breathe and be.
You’ll be guided through a continuous breathing practice, supported by music and simple verbal cues. This style of breathwork works directly with the body and nervous system, helping to shift stress patterns, release held tension, and bring the system back into balance in its own way. This practice can be powerful and for some deeply profound, supporting the release of stress patterns, emotional tension, and a return to greater balance.
There is nothing you need to do beforehand and no experience is required. You will be fully guided throughout the session and encouraged to work at your own pace.
Each session includes:
• Time to settle and arrive
• A guided breathwork journey using a continuous breathing rhythm
• A rest and integration period afterwards
This is a space where there is no expectation to talk, share, or perform. You are welcome to simply come, breathe, and experience the practice for yourself.
Some people leave feeling physically lighter, mentally clearer, and more grounded. Others simply feel more settled and present. Every experience is different.
This space is held with care and is open to men of all backgrounds, whether you are completely new to breathwork or already familiar with it.
