About this Event
This 360-Degree Leadership training is designed in two distinct, powerful sessions to help you grow as a leader from the inside out. Walk away with a simple, proven framework to lead yourself well and develop impactful partnerships with the men in your life.
Session 1: Lead Yourself
Before you can lead others, you must first learn to lead yourself. This session equips you to strengthen your personal character and lead with deep purpose and conviction. You will uncover the common traps and myths of leadership that hold men back, and walk away with practical, daily tips to keep your personal growth on track.
Session 2: Build Your Circle
Great leaders don't run alone—they build a strong, reliable community. This session focuses on developing a dedicated team of men to serve your pastor, church, and community. You will learn how to establish meaningful accountability, identify the right mentors and encouragers for your journey, and multiply your impact.
