Welcome to the Space held by LauraLivesLoving for the Men of our community to find like minded connection and work together to drop from the Head Space - Mind, Ego, to the Heart Space - Love Connection. Each week we explore different ways in which to aid doing this together. The session will roughly follow the pattern of
gathering in circle, lighting candle to honour the sacred in us.
Somatic Body work release to come home to body
Breathwork Excercise to Drop into heart and ground.
Check in - We simply hold space for each one of us to share how we are doing/feeling today.
Opportunity to explore current Spiritual Healing/shifting/energy, in the collective this month.
Intuitive Guided Meditation to work on release any blocks to do with this journey and integrating lost parts of ourselves back home.
The path forward is to recognise the Divinity in all of us. This cannot always be easy to feel, but together we can find this easier as we connect in circles that grow our Heart Centred Connection with ourselves and one another.
