We're Ending Male Loneliness One Breakfast at a Time

The pressure to keep it all together, mask challenging emotions, and never appear too weak can become overwhelming.

So, we've created a space for us to be seen, heard, and encouraged. We began hosting men's breakfast events since February 2025.

Logistics

The next meetup takes place on Saturday, January 24, 2026, from 8:00 am - 10:00 am at Big Brothers, Big Sisters of South Texas, 10843 Gulfdale Street, San Antonio, TX, 78216.

Registration

This event is free and open to all men seeking support and community. You do not have to be a father to attend. Men from surrounding areas are more than welcome to attend.

About the Organizer

Healing Fathers is a growing movement based in San Antonio dedicated to supporting the mental and emotional health of fathers. Through monthly men’s breakfast events, conferences, Dad & Me events, and wellness retreats for fathers, Healing Fathers creates brave spaces for men to heal past wounds, strengthen emotional resilience, and grow as leaders in their families and communities. We believe healing isn’t weakness. It’s legacy.
