Our monthly men’s meditation group offers a contemplative pause in the rhythm of life. In May we are meeting on the 23rd at 10 AM in the Community Room in the Unity Sanctuary Building
Each gathering lasts one hour and includes guided and silent meditation, along with thoughtful, spirit-centered discussion.
Whether you are new to meditation or have an established practice, you are welcome to join us. All who identify as male are included.
