I’ve been in business for 22 years, primarily in real estate—144 rental apartments, construction projects, flips, private lending and a commercial flat roofing company over the last 14. But beyond that, I’ve coached over 600 people in the last four years, guiding them to think more creatively about business and life. Through my YouTube channel with 300,000 subscribers and 90 k on Instagram, where I reach about 2 million people weekly, I’ve realized the power of influence—not just in business, but in shaping lives. This event isn’t just another networking retreat. It’s seven days under one roof, where we strip away distractions and have real conversations about success, failure, relationships, family, and the personal struggles that most people never talk about. It’s about breaking patterns, creating new perspectives, and surrounding yourself with people who push you to be better. We all want to learn about each other business and have a mock day where we can go through it.
