Men's Healing Drum Circle

Modern life pulls men in a thousand directions — providing, performing, holding it all together. But where do you go to release, to be witnessed, and to just be human?

This Men’s Healing Drum Circle is a guided, heart-centered space for you to:

• Release stress, tension, and emotional weight
• Drop out of your head and back into your body
• Connect with other men in an honest, judgment-free circle
• Use rhythm, breath, and sound to reset your nervous system
• Remember your power, your voice, and your inner wisdom

No drumming experience is needed. Just bring yourself, an open heart, and a willingness to show up.

In this circle, we’ll weave together:

• Grounding + Opening
  Gentle check-in, intention setting, breathwork to arrive fully in the space.
• Guided Men’s Drum Circle
  Call-and-response rhythms, group drumming, and intuitive sound to move stuck energy, anger, grief, and old stories out of the body.
• Healing Practices
  Simple breathwork, visualization, and body awareness practices to calm the mind and support emotional release.
• Sharing Circle (Optional)
  A safe space to speak from the heart about what you are moving through — no fixing, no saving, just listening and witnessing.
• Closing Ritual
  Integration, gratitude, and a final grounding exercise so you leave clear, supported, and more connected to yourself.

This circle is for men of all backgrounds who are:

• Carrying stress, pressure, or unspoken emotions
• Feeling disconnected, numb, or stuck
• Wanting a healthier outlet than shutting down or “pushing through”
• Craving real connection with other men, beyond small talk
• Ready to explore healing in a different, more embodied way

You do not need to be “spiritual,” have drumming experience, or know what you’re doing. Just come as you are.

• A limited number of drums and rattle instruments will be provided.
• You are welcome to bring your own drum, rattle, or shaker if you have one.

• Comfortable clothing you can move and breathe in
• Water bottle
• Journal + pen (optional, for reflections)
• Your drum or percussion (optional)
• An open mind and heart
