Men's Group Meetup

Open to all men of all walks of life and any age, without commitment to join on a regular basis, we will share space and ourselves. We engage in breath, movement, and introspection during this often hectic time of the year. No previous experience in breath work or meditation is required.

You will have an opportunity to:

• Share what is present for you
• Listen to and hold space for other men with a similar desires to reflect and connect
• Practice conscious breath, movement, and meditation
• Clarify your focus
• Connect with other men
