Men's Group & Support

Being a man today is difficult. We're told not to express our emotions, and we're told to push them deep down. That's where The Shadow comes in. The Shadow was first mentioned by Carl Jung. It's that part of our subconscious that suppressing certain emotions and memories. It is our dark side. But dark side does not mean "bad." It is our dark side because it is unseen. We push it deep down because of emotions like shame and guilt. But even though we can't see it, it still affects us.
Come join other men as we explore these dark sides together. Do this in a safe space with supportive brothers who have your back. We are here to build each other up. You can do this. We can do this. Together.
Monthly support group held on the first Monday of each month, unless otherwise indicated below.

About Bob Kaplan
Bob is a men's group facilitator, shadow work practitioner, shamanic healer, and spiritual life coach dedicated to helping men cultivate greater self-awareness, authenticity, and meaningful connection.

For three years, Bob facilitated weekly online men's group support, accountability, and discussion groups, creating safe, supportive spaces where men could share openly, navigate life's challenges, and grow together. Drawing from his background in shadow work and spiritual coaching, Bob offers a grounded, compassionate approach that encourages honest conversation, personal growth, and lasting transformation.

Bob holds a B.A. in Literature from West Chester University and has written extensively on masculinity, personal development, and men's issues.
