Men: Come together, get active, and enjoy some additional fellowship through fitness!
🏋️ When: First and third Sundays, beginning October 4
📍 Where: North-side parking lot behind the church
⏰ When: After church
💪 Equipment: Provided
💧 Bring: Your own water and workout attire (no spandex, please!)
📝 Waiver: All participants will need to sign a waiver.
