# ✨ Men’s Circle Málaga: A 9-Month Journey ✨This is not a course. Not a workshop. It’s a container.
Over the course of 9 months, we gather every two weeks on Tuesday evenings at Espacio Bohemia (Málaga). Each session blends emotional intensity, physical challenge, spiritual depth, and brotherhood accountability.
🔥 What We Do
Our work together includes:
Breathwork, shamanic drumming & meditation 🌬️🪘
Fire practices: resistance challenges, tests of fortitude & physical trials 🔥💪
Journaling, structured sharing & emotional inquiry ✍️🗣️
This circle is for men who are tired of surface-level talk and ready to reclaim a deeper, wilder, more integrated strength. The cost of staying comfortable is higher than the challenge of transformation.
Every year you delay facing yourself is another year of settling for less than you’re capable of becoming. Your family, your work, your community — they all need the man you’ve been avoiding becoming.

This is not for men seeking comfort or validation. This is for warriors ready to earn their strength through trial, forge bonds through vulnerability, and discover what’s possible when comfort is stripped away.

## 📅 The 3 Blocks
Each 3-month block has its own focus:
Block I (Oct–Dec): FOUNDATION – Build bonds, face old wounds, rediscover strength.
Block II (Jan–Mar): FORGING – Confront shadows, break free from patterns, find direction.
Block III (Apr–Jun): EMERGENCE – Step into leadership, authentic voice, and service.
At the end of each block, we close with a casual celebration evening.

Benny – Creative force rooted in movement, breathwork, improvisation & healing. Brings the fire: challenges that activate growth, resistance, and resilience.
Melvin – Nomadic spirit grounded in shamanism, mindfulness, and emotional depth. Brings the awareness: guiding men into inner knowing and spiritual essence.
Together, we successfully co-led Málaga’s Men’s Circle 2024/2025 cycle.

## ⚠️ Details
📍 Location: Espacio Bohemia, Málaga (Huelin)
🕖 Time: Biweekly Tuesdays, 19:00–21:00 (arrive 18:45)
👥 Limited to 12 men maximum — depth over scale
💰 Contribution: €20 per session / €110 per block / €100 for early bird & returning men
(Trial session available for first-timers).
