This is a safe space for men to feel comfortable to open up and share their worries, with no judgment. If you're asking yourself the questions; ‘I don’t know where else to turn to’, ‘I feel low, lost, I really don’t know who to turn to, or where to go’?

Then you've found a way forward.

This in-person event is a safe space for men to connect, share experiences, and offer support to one another. Whether you're looking for advice, a listening ear, or just some friendly faces, this group is here for you.

This is a trusted place where individuals can share openly and honestly, to others who understand how they may be feeling. The 'golden rule' for a group agreement is: What is said in group stays in group. Good and safe support relies on this rule.

By attending this group you accept our 'golden rule' and you may be asked to 'accept this rule' at the beginning of our session.
