Our Menopause Yoga Monthly Meetup has been created especially to help women at all stages of the menopause.
From the rocky road of Perimenopause to the unchartered waters of Post menopause, or for those who have absolutely no idea where they are on the menopause journey – we’ve got you covered!
No yoga experience is needed so all levels are welcome.
Each month we work on key symptoms of the menopause and offer tools and practices including yoga, breathing techniques, simple meditation and restorative poses, all crafted to help guide you through this transitional time with as much ease as possible.
From hot flushes and night sweats, irrational rage and low mood, brain fog and anxiety, to achey limbs and fatigue - this menopause malarkey can really get in the way of life!
Monthly Menopause Yoga at Rosieglo will help you navigate your symptoms and give you some tangible ways to keep yourself on track.

90mins of yoga practice followed by 30mins to grab a cuppa, ask questions and have a chat.
