Hot flushes, sleepless nights, rage that comes from nowhere. The feeling that you're loosing yourself.
You've probably been told it's "just your hormones". that you need to manage it, medicate it, push through it.
But what if your symptoms aren't malfunctions? What if they're mesages?
In this 90 minute workshop, we'll explore a different understanding of what's actually happening at midlefe - one that has nothing to do with deficiency or decline.
You'll discover:
- Why your body is responding the way it is (and why it's intelligent, not broken)
- what's really behind the cravings, the rage and the exhaustion.
- A practical took for decoding what your body is asking for
- Why the coping strategies that used to work are failing you now
You'll experience:
- A body-based practise to shift out of survival mode
- A guided exercise to reconnect with a truth you'vbe been avoiding
- The company of other women who get it
This isn't a medical lecture. There's no PowerPoint. Expect honest, some science that actually makes sense, a bit of writing, some breathing, and probably some tears. Bring a pen.
About Luna
Luna Joon is a writer exploring menopause, nervous system health, and what it means to reclaim yourself in the second half of life. She's currently completing her first book. This workshop draws from her own experience of walking through the fire of midlife - and discovering that what felt like breakdown was actually breakthrough.
