Come along and listen to Caroline Collins, who is a trained expert in this field. Caroline will talk you through what to look for, and give some sound advice on how to get through these upcoming years.
We will also have a small range of stalls offering expertise in the menopause, such as reflexology, herbal medicines and general wellness.
All attendees will receive a free menopause symptom tracker, a partners guide to menopause and a 4 week eating plan.
