Menopause Awareness Day – Sunday 18th October
Join us for our wellness event and rave!
Designed to support women through perimenopause, menopause and beyond, this uplifting event includes yoga, strength exercises , pelvic health education, menopause conversations, breathwork and an energising silent wellness 'rave'.
Connect with like-minded women, gain practical tools to support your wellbeing and leave feeling informed, empowered and inspired.
Your ticket includes:
• All movement classes and wellbeing sessions
• Expert-led workshops and menopause awareness discussions
• Wireless headset for the wellness rave.
You'll also have the opportunity to browse wellbeing stalls featuring crystals, tarot readings, massage and unique gifts throughout the day.
Together, let's break the stigma, share knowledge, and embrace this stage of life with confidence and connection.
