This workshop incorporates gentle yoga, breath work, and meditation to support the body, mind, and emotions through the natural body shifts that women experience. The menopause transition is complex, spanning a significant portion of a woman’s life. While many symptoms are common, each woman’s experience is unique. Yoga offers a pathway to help women experience the menopause transition with awareness, acceptance, compassion, and even joy. Join April in creating a supportive community to practice new ways of meeting the time-honored challenges of menopause. Women in any phase of the journey are welcome! Cost $30. Led by April Frankmann
