As a qualified CPD accredited Executive Menopause Coach, Claire supports women on an individual basis with my one-to-one coaching sessions and also take my menopause presentations and workshops into organisations and businesses, educating both women and men.

Menopause can often be a new beginning in many women’s lives, with lots of empowering experiences and a new found confidence for adventure but for lots of women it can be an incredibly difficult time and a very unhappy period in their lives.
