Menopause Support Group

This is a dedicated support group for woman who maybe experiencing the menopause and the issues and symptoms that occur.

We want this to be an informal and open forum, to allow woman to talk about how they are coping with the menopause and share thoughts, ideas and suggestions.

This session will operate as an open forum, supported by our Menopause Champions. If you are experiencing issues, have concerns, or require support—either in the workplace or at home—this group may be beneficial for you.
