About this Event

The Menopause Prep Course is a 12-week course where we meet consecutively from Saturday, 3rd January 2026, and finish on 21st March 2026. You do not have to attend every in-person class as the course will also be available in self self-paced format for you to catch up at your leisure.

Suitable for women who are pre- and post menopause!
