FREE Menopause Pickleball - New group starting soon! As part of the CCC Menopause Support and Awareness ProjectOur next FREE 4-week Menopause Pickleball group starts Monday 1st June at the Beacon of Light in Sunderland, 1pm - 2:30pm.
Spend the afternoon with like-minded women playing relaxed pickleball, gently moving your body, connecting with others and leaving feeling stronger in both body and mind.
No pressure. No competition. Just a welcoming space to move, chat and support each other through this stage of life.
